are offering a deep, rich and fun group healing experience.

Who Is This Group For?

Everybody is welcome! This is a group for adults of all genders, and backgrounds.

Anyone looking for an opportunity to learn recovery skills, process feelings and make connections with others on a similar journey.

For folks who are ready to take steps toward change.

People who are new to recovery, as well as those who have been in many treatment programs already, will learn, benefit and grow.

What to Expect?

Together we will create a safe environment in which you are able to feel respected and valued

as you work to heal from binge or overeating. Groups will consist of time to process feelings/experiences and learn recovery tools, which draw from evidence-based therapies such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy,

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.

To help integrate these recovery tools, we will offer a variety of group experiences including:

  • Mindful eating exposures

  • Meditation and other mindfulness experiences

  • Emotion regulation and coping skills training

  • Writing and art

  • Drama/role playing

  • Joyful movement
